This Privacy Policy explains how Architectural AI (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the app and the Architectural AI website.

Information we collect

• Photos you upload. Room photos are uploaded to our servers solely to generate your AI redesign and are associated with your account so you can revisit your results.
• Account & usage data. A device-based account identifier, token balance, designs created, language, and basic device/app information.
• Purchases. Subscriptions and token purchases are processed by the Apple App Store and our payments provider (RevenueCat). We do not receive your full payment-card details.

How we use your information

• To generate redesigns and deliver app features.
• To manage your token balance, purchases and subscriptions.
• To improve quality, prevent abuse, and provide support.

Image processing

Redesigns are generated using third-party AI infrastructure. Uploaded images and generated results are stored on our cloud storage and delivered via CDN. We do not sell your photos.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the app (cloud hosting, AI generation, analytics, payment processing) and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

Data retention & your rights

You can delete your designs in the app. To request deletion of your account and associated data, reach us through the contact page on this website. Depending on your region you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
