By using Architectural AI (the “app”) and the Architectural AI website, you agree to these Terms.

The service

The app lets you generate AI redesigns of room photos you provide. Results are generated by AI and may not be accurate, buildable, or to scale; they are for inspiration and entertainment.

Tokens, purchases & subscriptions

• Generations consume tokens. Token packs and subscriptions are sold through the Apple App Store and are subject to its terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your store account. Manage or cancel anytime via your platform settings.
• Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

Your content

You retain rights to photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process and store them to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to upload any image you submit.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the app to upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
